Ice and Inline Hockey
Welcome to the Southampton University Ice and Inline Hockey Club, the Southampton Spitfires. We have 5 teams ranging from advanced to beginner (A's, B's, C's, D's and Women's)! There are also weekly training sessions and off-ice skills! We also take part in National Games, Leagues and Tournaments across the country and have exciting weekly socials. What more could you want!
Founded in 1997, the Spitfires / Southampton University Ice & Inline Hockey Club has a rich history of success and diversity. With over a hundred male and female members, the Spitfires have claimed numerous National Championship titles in both ice and inline hockey, and have helped countless new players over the years develop from their first steps on the ice to playing in a competitive team - often continuing beyond their time at University.
