Q: What does the Freshers Triple Pass include?
A: Your Freshers Triple Pass gives you fast-track entry to all three main SUSU Freshers 2025 events:

    All with one single ticket – no need to buy separately!






Q: Will I receive a physical wristband or pass?
A: Nope – no physical pass will be given out. Your digital Freshers Triple Pass (sent via email) is all you need. Just keep it handy on your phone!




Q: Do I need to bring student ID and Age Verification ID?
A: Yes. You’ll need to show a valid student ID and Age Verification ID – either physically or digitally for student ID and a physical ID for Age Verification – alongside your ticket to enter each event. Make sure your name matches!




Q: How do I get fast-track entry?
A: When you arrive at the venue, just show your Freshers Triple Pass to staff and ask for fast-track access. It’s included with your ticket!




Q: Do I need a different ticket for each event?
A: Nope! Your one Freshers Triple Pass ticket will be scanned at the door of all three events. No need to download or carry multiple tickets.




Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t go to all three events?
A: Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if you choose not to attend one or more events. The pass is sold as a bundle for best value.




Q: Can I give my pass to someone else?
A: Tickets are non-transferable and will be checked against student ID at the door. Make sure the name on your ticket matches your ID!
